MAGICAL SCOOP TERMS

Magical Scoops are surprise assortments selected by the luck of the scoop. Specific characters, colors, styles, and items are not guaranteed. We are happy to consider preferences included with your order whenever possible.

Substitutions: A maximum of two item substitutions may be requested per order. Substitutions are subject to available inventory.

Special Prize Items: Items received from special prize pulls, including Mickey ball prizes, are not eligible for substitution or exchange.

Allergies & Sensitivities: Products included in Magical Scoops may come from a variety of manufacturers and may contain different materials or ingredients. Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels and ingredients before use. Oh My Mouse cannot guarantee that products are free from specific allergens or materials.

Pet-Friendly Environment: Orders are packed in a dog-friendly environment. While care is taken when preparing and packaging orders, customers with severe pet allergies should consider this before purchasing.
